Caramel

Dates are nature’s candy. They also have a beautiful caramel taste and have been proven to boost energy naturally.

Peanuts

All-natural peanut butter has no added sugar and is a source of healthy fats. Peanut butter also helps keep you full making it a great mid-day snack.

Medjool dates

Make sure you are using medjool dates for this recipe. When cutting medjool dates open, be very careful. Remove the pit from the inside of each date.
