Brownie Baked Oatmeal Vegan
- 2 cups plant milk (coconut is the best)
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/3 cup all natural peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp ground flax
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt (if your peanut butter is unsalted)
- 1/3 cup vegan chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Add all ingredients except the chocolate chips into a 6×9 baking dish.
- Mix together thoroughly, then fold in chocolate chips.
