Creamy Vegan Coleslaw Dressing

Creamy, tangy and so much better than store-bought. This vegan classic coleslaw dressing will be your new favourite!

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup vegan mayo
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar (or apple cider vinegar)
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • fresh ground black pepper and salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp mustard or dijon mustard (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a medium jar or bowl, whisk together the vegan mayo, vinegar, maple syrup, lemon juice, salt, pepper and mustard until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve on about 8 cups of your favourite slaw mixture, and enjoy!
