2lbsYellow or russet potatoes, scrubbed, and cut into ½ inch cubes.
2tspOlive or avocado oil
Avocado oil spray for the tray or basket
1tspSeasoning salt
½tspBlack pepper
1tspGarlic powder
Optional Additional Spices (Highly Recommend!)
½tspTurmeric
½tspPaprika
½tspCayenne(adjust to your preferred spice level)
Toppings
Any fresh herbs, or green onions finely diced
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix them together.
Lightly mist the air-fryer tray or basket with the spray oil.
Add the potatoes to the air fryer basket or tray, spreading them out evenly.
Cook for 9 minutes at 390°, then stir the potatoes. Cook another 5 minutes and stir again. Check the potatoes to see if they are tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. If needed, continue cooking for a few more minutes.
