What are good substitutes for cheese?
Ricotta cheese, try almond cheese. For Brie try cashew cheese. For Parmesan try hemp seed crumble cheese. For blue cheese try garlic and herb cashew cheese. For mozzarella try Daiya cheese. For queso try vegan kimchi queso.
There are now a lot of great substitutes for cheese. A lot of the bigger brands have started making their own types of vegan cheese. Sometimes it is a little bit easier to the premade vegan cheeses.
