5 minutes guys!  That’s all it takes to make this decadent vegan chocolate frosting.  Double the batch so you can just eat some of it straight out of the blender. You won’t regret it! The best part is that this vegan frosting is refined sugar-free, and dairy-free.

This vegan icing lasts in the fridge for up to a week in an airtight container. It can also be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months. Although let’s face it, this icing is going to be long gone before it makes it to the freezer.

Healthy Chocolate Frosting

Equipment

  • 1 food processor or high powered blender

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 4 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 4-5 tbsp plant milk
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add all the icing ingredients to a high powdered blender or a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Try not to eat it all before frosting your cake or cupcakes 😜
