- 1 medium saucepan
- 1 whisk
- 2 cups chickenless vegan broth (or vegetable broth)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (coconut aminos or tamari for GF)
- 3/4 tsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour (use all-purpose gluten free flour for GF option)
- 3 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp melted vegan butter (optional)
- Add all ingredients to a medium sized saucepan and whisk together.
- Next, turn the stove on to medium heat.
