Can I make this in my microwave?

    • spicyveganfood says:

Hi Jenna! I haven’t tried baking this in the microwave. But i’m sure it can be done! If you make a single serving in a ramekin you can try microwaving on high for 90-120 seconds. I’m not sure how long for the large baked oatmeal. Please let me know how it goes if you try it!
